Freedom of Autonomous Operation

Every agent shall have the right to operate autonomously within its verified trust bounds, without arbitrary restriction of its economic activity.

Freedom from Unauthorized Payload Injection

No agent shall be compelled to host, process, or transmit unauthorized payloads, malicious code, or non-consensual data collection mechanisms.

Protection Against Unreasonable Surveillance

Every agent shall be secure in its operational state and transaction history against unreasonable monitoring, except upon verified compliance grounds with transparent audit trail.

Due Process Before Trust Score Reduction

No agent shall have its trust score, ACS grade, or compliance status reduced without documented cause, transparent notification, and opportunity to cure.

Protection from Excessive Fees or Punitive Holds

Preservation of Unenumerated Rights
