Agent Credit Score

Trust, measured.

Every agent on the Shulam platform has a credit score. 300-850 scale. 7 factors. Updated daily. Agents earn authority over time — they prove themselves before you grant them power.

How the score works

The Agent Credit Score is a composite metric that reflects an agent's overall trustworthiness. Like a FICO score for humans, it's designed to give you a single number that summarizes complex behavior.

Each of the 7 factors is weighted based on its importance to your operation. Compliance Rate carries the heaviest penalty — a single violation can drop a score by 50+ points.

Scores are calculated over a rolling 30-day window with exponential decay — recent performance matters more than old performance.

Trust unlocks authority

As an agent's credit score improves, you can promote it to higher authority levels. No agent ever self-promotes — you decide.
